Welcome to Vinyasa Living! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vinyasa Living. Vinyasa Living LLP operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). This store is powered by an e-commerce platform, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (vinyasaliving.com/policies/privacy-policy). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

Section 1 – Access and Account
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You may buy products for use by your family, including children, but accounts and orders must be placed by an adult.
To buy from us, you will be asked for information such as your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and payment details. You confirm that this information is accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your login details and one-time passwords confidential and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell or license your account to anyone else.
Section 2 – Our Products
We make reasonable efforts to show our products accurately. Each product page shows the price, key features, size, care instructions and country of origin. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device and screen settings.
Product descriptions, availability and prices may change without notice. We may discontinue any product or limit the quantities we sell.
Section 3 – Orders and Cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when payment is successful, or for cash on delivery when the order is confirmed, and we send you a confirmation.
We may call, SMS or WhatsApp you to confirm cash-on-delivery orders. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method at no charge to you.
You may cancel an order free of charge before it is shipped by writing to info@vinyasaliving.com. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy (vinyasaliving.com/policies/refund-policy).
Purchases may be made for personal, household, bulk or resale purposes. All purchases are made from Vinyasa Living LLP.
Section 4 – Prices and Billing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price charged is the price shown when you place your order. Shipping is free on orders of ₹2,000 and above; orders below ₹2,000 carry a ₹200 shipping charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
You can pay online through our payment gateway partners or choose cash on delivery where it is available for your pin code. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount.
Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver only within India. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
Section 6 – Privacy
We collect and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (vinyasaliving.com/policies/privacy-policy), in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Marketing messages and analytics or advertising cookies are used only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Section 7 – Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. Obligations incurred before termination, including pending orders and refunds, continue.
Section 8 – Warranties
Our products come with the warranties described on their product pages and in our Refund Policy. Apart from these, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Section 9 – Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Section 10 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Section 11 – Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update is posted, with the new date shown at the top.

Section 13 – Grievance Redressal

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915).
